Stichting PAC was founded in 1991 by the organizing associations Proton, ACD, and CDL, from which the foundation also derives its name. The VSCVU later joined as well. The primary goal of Stichting PAC is to annually organize the PAC Symposium. This symposium, organized by and for chemistry students, is the largest of its kind in the Netherlands. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the symposium with the 29th board.
